PRESIDENT'S CORNER:

Fall is upon us and I am hoping everyone has had a great summer. We are going into my favorite time of the year. I love the fall weather and also the holiday season. Several of my friends and I are getting ready for our annual motorcycle vacation. We are riding 200 plus miles to the hills of Tennessee, Arkansas and Missouri, should be fun if the weather cooperates.

Well thats enough of my personal stuff, and on to homeowner business. First I would like to thank all homeowners in our neighborhood that have taken care of issues asked of them such as ARB concerns as well as making payment for our annual dues. These are very important to our neighborhood. I realize it has been a difficult year for most and we have worked with all to try and keep harmony with our neighbors. I would like for all to know even though we had a shortage of dues collected this year, we have opted to keep our dues consistent with last year. In order to do this we had to cut back on activities and improvements. We are in hopes that next year will be much better for the neighbors that have struggled this past year, and everything will be able to get back on track.

Remember this; these homeowner dues are very necessary to keep our neighborhood a community we can be proud of. This is something I cannot stress enough.

Sincerely,
Bill Lassiter
President
