PRESIDENT'S NOTES:

Not a whole lot exciting going on, but I would like to welcome Lisa Turner to the Palms Homeowners Association Board of Directors. She will fill the secretarial position for us. Also I would like once again to Thank Michelle Freedman for her great decisions concerning Yard of the Month. Remember each recipient receives a $25.00 gift card from Lowes. I would also like to thank Laura Debower for her contribution as our welcoming committee.

On a sad note we still have a lot of homeowners that have not paid the annual dues and have also rejected our payment plan we offered. Please we need these funds to keep our organization strong and healthy. Remember the homeowners association will always be a value to you. As the association will do all within the powers to see to it that your home values remain the best even during these hard economic times. All you need to is drive around the neighborhoods and it is obvious which do and do not have a homeowners association. So please keep this in mind.

Thanks,

Bill Lassiter, President

DRIVE CAREFULLY

Also, summertime is here and kids are out of school. Please observe the speed limit and drive cautiously through our neighborhood. Kids will be playing outside and are often hard to see from behind a bush or a parked car. Drive carefully!
