Did you see several recent stories about septic tanks and the financial health of HOA's during the downtown in the housing market?
 
Thanks to Vice-President, Christine Curtis, for responding to Orange County so quickly on these issues.  The county referred her to the ABC affiliate and she was able to get two positive stories highlighting our front entrance aired on the local news shows.

~ ARB Tips ~
 
Yards are looking nice and green again.  Be sure to turn off sprinklers to conserve water during the rainy season.  Many residents have been concerned about the high water bills.  Now is your chance to save money.  Also, be aware that Orange County code enforcement has been patrolling the area to be ensure compliance with watering restrictions.  Be sure you are only watering twice weekly prior to 8 AM on the appropriate days.  Contact Orange County Water for more information.
